My Top 10 Album’s of 2015

2015 has been a year of pure musical delight, delivering an equal measure of unexpected yet piercing records making a stand in popular musical culture and keeping real music alive. It would be immoral to cite twenny fifteen as the debaser in revolutionising this ever wacky yet wonderful industry, but more the stockpiler of some of the most authentic and highly anticipated records of the decade.
So, here’s a list of my top 10 albums of 2015:

10. The Weeknd – ‘Beauty Behind The Madness’

9. Muse – ‘Drones’

8. Mumford & Sons – ‘Wilder Mind’

7. Slaves – ‘Are You Satisfied?’

6. Blur – ‘The Magic Whip’

5. Foals – ‘What Went Down’

4. Kendrick Lamar – ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’

3. Ryan Adams – ‘1989’

2. The Libertines – ‘Anthems For Doomed Youth’

1. Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds – ‘Chasing Yesterday’
